Spotlessly clean, extremely friendly, and very helpful staff. The hotel manager messaged us after booking and helped arrange a taxi from the airport, which was a great touch. The location was also convenient, close to Plaza de la Revolución and the Necrópolis Cristóbal Colón. Breakfast was very nice every morning, and the small plunge pool was perfect for cooling down after exploring the city.
